CLASS INFORMATION

QUEENAX 4D PRO

The 4D PRO classes allow exercisers to challenge their boundaries by giving them confidence to explore new motion paths, and to leap further and higher than ever before. Meanwhile, the gradual deceleration and rebound provided by the lambdas (red bungees) reduces stress on the joints and provides coaching opportunities for proper landing mechanics, rhythm and timing. The natural bounce of the 4D PRO also increases circulation, enhances fun, and elevates core control.

QUEENAX CIRCUIT

A multi-station circuit class that incorporates the use of the Queenax Rig and surrounding equipment giving you a challenging workout.

QUEENAX BAGFIT

An enjoyable boxing based circuit class giving you the ultimate workout. This circuit combines boxercise and bodyweight exercise to give you a complete and challenging workout.

QUEENAX MASH UP

Looking for something more specialised? Our Queenax Mash Up brings together a combination of specialist equipment types and rig attachments (4D Pro, UFO, Super Functional) to offer members a highly effective conditioning based workout.
