Hi I'm Zoe,

I'm the Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialist at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre

My mums and expectant mums are the most important people I help. I get so much pleasure from watching them progress and regain their shape. I’m told often that the birth was made so much easier thanks to the effort my mums had put in the gym leading up to the big moment!
